ABOUT NETLUNO

Good work deserves
a clearer bottom line.

You put care into the work. We believe the numbers behind it deserve the same attention.

Netluno helps trade-service businesses see what completed jobs actually left behind—and which ones deserve a closer look.

Why we’re building Netluno

OUR FOCUS

Clarity for the
work you do.

Real recordsClear marginsPractical next steps

Clear numbers. Stronger businesses.

01 / THE REASON WE EXIST

A full schedule tells
only half the story.

There’s a difference between finishing a job and knowing how well it performed. Revenue is visible. Extra labour, additional materials and small changes along the way can be harder to put together.

Netluno is built around that gap in visibility. It brings your completed-job records into a focused review of actual gross profit, your margin target and the costs behind the result.

Our purpose: help you understand the work behind the numbers, before you quote the next job.

02 / WHO WE BUILD FOR

For people who build, repair
and keep things running.

Owner-operated trade businesses, where decisions about time, materials and pricing meet real work every day.

Plumbing & HVAC

From service visits to installations.

Electrical

From small fixes to larger projects.

Roofing & construction

Labour and materials, job by job.

Landscaping & other trades

Completed work with costs to understand.

03 / WHAT GUIDES US

Useful numbers.
Honest explanations.

Clarity over complexity

A dashboard should help you decide where to look next. We keep the review focused on jobs, costs and margin shortfalls.

Evidence before assumptions

Recorded cost differences are signals to investigate. We don’t present them as proof of a cause or a promise of recoverable money.

Practical over impressive

The point is a better-informed conversation about your next quote—not another collection of charts to maintain.

04 / OUR APPROACH

Make the calculation
easy to follow.

Job gross profit is revenue minus direct labour and material costs. It excludes overhead and tax, so it isn’t the same as your business’s net profit.

Gap to Target counts each job’s positive shortfall once. Labour and material signals can overlap; adding those together would tell the wrong story.
